- Forgive. Forgiveness is a wonderful way to release the past and love unconditionally. To be at peace with the process of life, draw a line behind you and free yourself of limitations. Move forward to new beginnings.
- Be still. Be still in moments of confusion, fear or anxiety. Focus on your breath. The solution will come forth in the stillness.
- Meditate. Sit quietly, breath deeply and visualize your heart as a blazing orb of light.
- Love yourself. Look into the mirror, see yourself as if for the very first time and say, “I love myself unconditionally.”
- Journal. Portray your feelings to understand who you are and your view of the world.
- Hug.
- Hugs relieve pain, fear and depression
- They increase health and happiness
- They provide a stretching exercise to short people and a stooping exercise to those that are tall
- Hugging does not upset the environment
- It requires no special equipment
- It saves heat and energy
- Hugging makes happy days happier and impossible days possible
- Fall in love. Fall in love with everyone you meet. Enjoy the love others have to offer.
- Be of service. Be selfless in service to others.
